POSITION OVERVIEW: Care Worker Sittingbourne
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time and part-time on-site role as a Domiciliary Care Worker in Sittingbourne. As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their safety, well-being, and independence. Your day-to-day tasks may include assisting with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, household chores, and companionship.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team
- Reliability and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
- Experience in the care industry is a plus but not necessary as training will be provided
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care is a plus but not essential
- YOU MUST HAVE A CAR
- 20 hour sponsorship welcome. NO SPONSOR TRANSFER
