With a focus on personalised support and companionship, you will play a crucial role in enabling our clients to enjoy the comfort and familiarity of their own home.
Responsibilities
- Flexible Work Patterns: Choose from 2 to 12-week placements, with average working hours of 6, 8, 10, or 12 hours per day, optimising work-life balance.
- Travel Support: All UK travel expenses are covered whilst on placement, keeping you mobile and stress-free.
- Local Placements: We aim to match you with clients within a 50-mile radius of your home (if UK based), minimizing travel impact on your time off.
- DBS/PVG Support: Receive a free Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check if working in England or a free Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership if in Scotland.

Requirements
- A passion for providing high-quality, personalized care.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of our clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous care experience is advantageous but not essential for those with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
