Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the operations of home facilities, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills and a background in nursing or senior care.
-The person will be the main Registered Care manager for the company.
– registered with CQC and be willing to sit in the CQC interview.
-The area we are looking to do is Domiciliary Care, Eventually to progress to supported living Accommodation.
– We need a confident person who understands the business and is familiar with the care industry requirements and regulations
-The company is looking to provide regulated care services in service users own homes
-Ideal candidate will be familiar with the day-to-day running of a domiciliary care business
-Dealing with new referrals and assisting with new business acquisitions Salary .
-Will be in line with experience and qualifications but circa 40 to 50k per annum
-During CQC process, they will be involved in the development of business plans, goals and of course recruitment and training.
-Setting up the business processes in line with company services and business goals
-We will be looking to start off with the unregulated work and move onto Regulated work once authorised.
